Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our print shop team. This role involves supporting the production of custom printed materials, operating print machinery, installing vinyl graphics, and assisting with finishing tasks such as banner and fabric sewing.
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our print shop team. This role involves supporting the production of custom printed materials, operating print machinery, installing vinyl graphics, and assisting with finishing tasks such as banner and fabric sewing.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the production of large-format printed materials and signage.
- Operate and maintain print and finishing equipment.
- Install vinyl graphics on various surfaces.
- Perform sewing and finishing of banners and fabric prints.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure high production standards.
- Support on-site installations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Adhesive vinyl installation experience
- Comfortable with hands-on, physical tasks.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience with HP large-format printers.
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of Onyx RIP software.
- Previous experience in a print production or sign shop environment.
